Your health & safety is our number one priority.

Dr. Donald A. Tucker, DDS - Dentistry with Care - is committed to meeting or exceeding all applicable COVID-19 related regulations & guidelines provided by the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC); the American Dental Association and the New York State & Erie County Departments of Health.

Accordingly, we have undertaken a number of physical, procedural and communication enhancements to our office to safely serve you.

Physical enhancements include:

• Easily cleaned & disinfected, hard surface floors have been installed throughout the office.
• Protective glass partitions have been installed at the reception desk and in the treatment areas.
• Ultra-violet disinfection/sanitizing equipment has been incorporated into the office ventilation system.
• Air filtration devices are located in each treatment area.

Procedural changes include:

• Masks are recommended for patients, but are not required. Complimentary masks are available in the office. Staff will wear masks at all times when interacting with/treating patients.
• Staff is utilizing extensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including the wearing of masks; scrub caps; isolation gowns and face shields during all patient treatments.
• All treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each patient.
• Our reception area and waiting room is open for patients.
• We strongly urge that all on-site payments be made via a credit or debit card. Cash will be accepted if necessary.

Enhanced patient communications:

• The office is utilizing a new, easy-to-use, appointment reminder & confirmation system, utilizing both e-mail and text messages. This automated process will reduce your having to call the office; potentially be put hold; having to leave a message and/or waiting for a return call.
• Our staff will be confirming your e-mail address and cell phone number that we have listed in your patient records as we interact with you. Please promptly contact the office if you change e-mails or cell phone numbers.
• Our new website contains a wealth of enhanced patient information and new capability to safely & securely submit patient information in advance of your appointment.
